LifeWave Patching Education Through Personal Experience - Blog 9

The following is a recap of some of the questions and answers that were made during an episode of the Ask the Doctors Podcast with Dr. Karen Kan & Dr. Dennis Lobstein. These two individuals are amazing contributors to the LifeWave education community and I owe a lot of my learning and understanding around patching to their continual contribution to the community. I have recapped these questions to help me better learn and digest the information they share on their podcast. I trust you get the same value form them as I have.

During the Q&A session, several callers had inquiries regarding the patching techniques and specific points in relation to the different symptoms that they have been experiencing, looking for advice to help symptoms using LifeWave patches. Here are the summarized responses provided by Dr. Dennis and Dr. Karen:

Glutathione & Alavida Patches: Unveiling Their Healing Potential

Glutathione, hailed as the body's ultimate antioxidant, plays a pivotal role in revitalizing essential vitamins like C, A, E, and Co Q-10, thereby augmenting the body's antioxidant prowess. Free radicals, notorious for causing tissue damage by stealing electrons, find their match in glutathione, which replenishes these electrons. Particularly in environments tainted by chemtrails, where free radical damage is rampant, wearing a glutathione patch can offer a protective shield by bolstering antioxidants.

The Alavida patch transcends mere skincare; its impact extends to the pineal body nestled in the brain, stimulating the production of epithalamin. This hormone aids in harmonizing the endocrine system. Additionally, the IceWave patches, known for their versatility, serve diverse purposes, including alleviating pain. Harnessing acupuncture principles, IceWave can activate points on both sides of the body, akin to the Energy Enhancers.

Q & A Insights:

Tina, who experienced a high-impact left shoulder grade 3 separation and secondary adhesive capsulitis from an impact on the left shoulder, sustained the injury on July 21, 2022. Currently undergoing physiotherapy involving gross manipulation of the joint, which entails surpassing the current end range for 5 seconds to tear adhesions and increase range of motion. Tina has a history of numerous previous injuries, including low back issues, a broken C6, a broken right knee, tears in all three rotator cuffs, and a severe tear in the right biceps tendon and right labrum. Presently, Tina experiences pain predominantly on the left side due to a frozen shoulder and physiotherapy manipulations. Despite facing adversity, Tina maintains a zest for life, sports, and activities like dirt biking.

In considering treatment approaches, it's worth noting the perspective of viewing the whole body as a crystalline matrix, where even bones are akin to crystals. Immobilizing bones can lead to weakening. Following the resetting of a broken bone, using patches while avoiding complete immobilization, if feasible and safe, could be beneficial.

Dr. Karen recommends the Brain Balancing Protocol using Aeon patches. Apply one patch per night, rotating through key points such as behind the right ear, the third eye, the back of the neck, the base of the throat, or the top of the head. Additionally, utilizing Carnosine patches at night aids in tissue repair. These patches can be placed near the injured area or following guidelines provided in brochures.

To address specific acupuncture points, consider targeting Small Intestine 11 and Jian Quan, located halfway between the axillary fold and the tip of the clavicle at the AC joint. Apply X39 on the front and X49 on the back at Small Intestine 11 to potentially aid in Tina's healing process.

Tah, a 72-year-old woman, has been grappling with extreme irritation and persistent itching in her genitals and groin area for over two decades. Despite exploring various treatment avenues including allopathic medicine, natural supplements, and dietary adjustments eliminating acidic foods and most sugars except for blueberries and raspberries, her condition persists. Notably, her symptoms worsen at night. Tah also has a history of high blood pressure and occasional incontinence, disrupting her sleep multiple times per night. Although she doesn't experience low back pain, she finds her knees becoming painful after just 30 minutes of walking or standing. While she did notice some improvement with an itch protocol, the relief was only marginal.

Identified as excess wind, itching can be alleviated by targeting specific acupuncture points. Gallbladder 31, renowned as a holistic itch relief point, and Spleen 10, situated above the knee on the inner side, are recommended for Tah's condition. Utilizing IceWave patches on these points can effectively address her itching.

To address Tah's genital and bladder issues, focusing on the front Mu point, Conception Vessel 3, with X39 patches may offer relief. Additionally, targeting liver points like Liver 5 or Liver 3 to disperse liver stagnation can be beneficial. Using IceWave patches, with tan on the left Liver 3 and white on Gallbladder 31 for a yin/yang pairing, can optimize the treatment.

Rotating IceWave patches on Xigong, a special point located three thumb widths on both sides of Conception Vessel 3, can also be helpful. Using IceWave with white on the right, tan on the left, and X39 on the centerline may provide comprehensive relief.

In another inquiry, Sue seeks advice on post-operative patch protocols after undergoing left hip replacement surgery three weeks ago. Experiencing significant pain and swelling around the groin, low back, hip, calf area, and even the stomach due to the surgery, Sue has already used Carnosine on CV6 for nausea and X39 on the back of the neck. She wonders if a whole-body protocol using EE or IceWave on K1 would be suitable, considering her use of crutches and shoulder discomfort.

Utilize the Mountain Triangle technique to alleviate pain: Apply IceWave patches, with white on the right and tan on the left, on Bladder 57, forming the base of the triangle. For further relief:

  • Place Carnosine on either Governing Vessel 2 on the sacrum or L2 on Governing Vessel 4.

  • Position Glutathione anywhere along the midline of the spine, with Governing Vessel 14 at the back of the neck being a prime location due to its connectivity with most yang channels.

  • Apply an Aeon patch on Governing Vessel 20 at the top of the head, or Governing Vessel 19, situated an inch further back. Direct your intention to guide the energy signature down the spine towards the areas of pain or blockages.

  • If additional relief is needed, consider using X39 and X49 on Bladder 57 or place them on the front of the body near the pain spots.

In regards to stacking patches, Viktor inquires about the practice, having heard that Lifewave does not officially recommend it. He wears four different patches daily - X39, x49, Aeon, and glutathione - and wonders if stacking them, such as Aeon on top of x49, is acceptable. Dr. Dennis confirms that stacking is permissible, although placing a positive patch on top of a negative one will neutralize the current flow while still delivering the information from each patch to the body. To maximize the benefits of bioelectrical flow, patches should be spaced further apart when using positive and negative-charged patches. Dr. Dennis also notes that X39 is more yin in nature, while X49 is more yang, based on his clinical experience.

Deb S. seeks guidance for someone new to using patches, who has suffered from shattered cervical vertebrae due to a work injury. Despite undergoing surgery twice to address the issue, there has been some deterioration in the affected area. The individual prefers not to undergo further surgery and is keen to explore the use of patches as an alternative treatment. Currently, she has X39, X49, Aeon, and Icewave patches, with the option to acquire others if recommended. Her symptoms include constant pain, diminished sensation in her arms, and difficulty sleeping due to discomfort.

Dr. Dennis suggests a regimen to address Ali's longstanding jaw misalignment, which has led to dizziness, balance problems, and confusion. Previous attempts to alleviate the pain, including adjusting her atlas, have not provided relief. Dr. Dennis recommends revisiting the Advanced Brain Balancing protocol to address neurological blockages. If dizziness occurs during treatment, switching to other patches such as glutathione or carnosine and applying them to Conception 12 can help alleviate symptoms. Additionally, Dr. Dennis proposes a rotational approach with Aeon, X39 (optionally X49), and carnosine patches over two-week intervals. To target the jaw, he suggests placing X39/49 patches on Stomach 7 or Gallbladder 3. For liver Qi stagnation, using Liver 3 on the left and Gallbladder 3 on the right, with X39/49 patches, can be beneficial, especially if waking up between 1-3 AM due to liver-related issues. An alternative approach involves using yang patches above the diaphragm and yin patches below, such as placing two X49s on Gallbladder 3s and two X39s on Liver 3s. Dr. Dennis also recommends addressing tongue and eye problems by patching specific acupuncture points and suggests reading "The Web" for further information.

Anjelie reports experiencing severely disrupted sleep and waking up feeling unrefreshed due to apnea, for which she uses a CPAP machine. However, she cannot tolerate X39 patches, as they worsen her sleep disturbance for weeks after just one hour of use in the morning. Last year, she suffered from lead poisoning due to supplements from India contaminated with high levels of lead and mercury. To address this, she applies 2-3 glutathione patches daily.

Dr. Karen clarifies that X39 patches do not increase copper levels, as they do not contain copper. Instead, they utilize the copper already present in the body to produce GHK-Cu peptides, which aid in various bodily functions. Lack of Qi may hinder proper detoxification of heavy metals, so Dr. Karen recommends a triangle of support to bolster the kidney storehouse. This involves applying patches to Kidney 27 bilaterally, along with Energy Enhancer or SP6C on the left and Aeon on the right. Additionally, a Y-Age patch over the Conception Vessel 8 umbilicus can be beneficial.

After tonifying Kidney 27 and opening detoxification channels with the 5 Elements Energy Enhancer protocol, Anjelie can gradually introduce glutathione patches, rotating through different points to determine effectiveness. Dr. Karen advises adding minerals like Mineral Force and Mag Force liquids to anchor the shen and suggests SOLE (Himalayan crystal salt) as another option.

Takashaz inquires about the difference between glutathione supplements and patches and seeks advice for a wheelchair-bound individual in her 70s experiencing constant pain from post-polio syndrome, compounded by weakness and toxicity from pain medications. Dr. Karen explains that phototherapy patches stimulate the body to produce glutathione, unlike supplements, which are metabolized differently. For the elderly individual, addressing pain is paramount. The support mountain triangle protocol can be adapted, using Kidney 1 or Liver 3 instead of Bladder 57 if the pain extends to the ankles and feet. IceWave patches can also be applied around the ears to activate acupuncture points, and Gallbladders 34 and 38 may help rebuild sinews in cases of muscle weakness like Wei Syndrome.
