Instead, it hides behind irritability, fatigue, anger, or a constant sense of being “switched off.” These symptoms can be overlooked, misinterpreted, or written off as stress, work pressure, or simply getting older.

This is why depression in men often goes undiagnosed or untreated, leaving too many men silently struggling without the help they need.
